The Du Grand Pere restaurant comes to life in 1990, after the renovation of a 1674 stable in the characteristic hamlet of Champlas Janvier. Its explicit purpose was to bring back to glory traditional high Susa valley dishes. Attention to detail, research and careful selection of raw materials coupled with a great passion for cooking make the restaurant an ideal location to enjoy genuine mountain flavours. Traditional Piedmont cuisine and the cured wine selection from important cellars originate unique tastes, in one of the most suggestive, quiet and traditional alpine hamlets.
